"Bringing the Quiet Side of Nature in Focus"
About J. Annie Imagery:
PLEASE BEAR WITH ME- I'M UPDATING PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE AND AS I DO THAT, SOME MAY BE MISSING AS THEY ARE MOVED AROUND. THANK YOU!
Jessica has a degree in urban forestry and has been working in the horticulture field since 1996. She is a hobby photographer, but has been taking nature photographs for over a decade. Jessica has won a few photography contest awards in 2010, 2011, and 2014. Her artwork has been displayed in different exhibits at the John Michael Kohler Art Center, Riverfront Arts Center and the UW Arboretum.
The name of the photography business came about as a way to use her own name, but also to pay tribute to her mother. Jessica's middle name is Anne, after her late mother, who passed away in 2007 from breast cancer. She felt it was only fitting to use "Annie" instead of "Anne", since that's what her loved ones called her. Annie always encouraged those around her to reach for their dreams and never give up. Annie was, in many ways, the quiet part of life.
